$125 / mo / service

Reconciliations, payroll, sales tax, and other routine internal or external reporting — each as its own service at a clear base rate. No scrambling at tax time; we’ve been keeping track all along.

Tax Preparation

  • $450 base — Form 1040
  • $1,000 base — other business returns
  • $1,500 base — nonprofits & C corps

1040s are billed by form for additional schedules. Business and other return base rates include 3 hours of prep; additional hours are billed at $125.
